Post my cancer journey, I found it had changed me so much, I felt lost and unsure of the next steps in my life. 

Cancer challenged every single aspect of my life.

One of the hardest things I found, was the loneliness and despite everyone’s best intentions, no one really knew what to say.

I am deeply grateful to say I recovered 16 years ago, and because of my experience, I went on to train as an accredited Life and Wellbeing Coach and I now lead small groups of women through transformational  in-person person coaching programs to teach life-giving mindset and wellbeing tools that not only gave me my life back but do for my clients to.

I believe you can not only get your full health back post cancer but it is an opportunity to rise into the most powerful time of your life.

You have been at rock bottom and therefore, whilst you might not feel it right now,  you are now in position to thrive because you have faced your worst fear.

This course will empower women who have completed treatment by focusing on holistic well-being, confidence-building, and rebuilding life after cancer.

This is a 3 session group coaching programme to help you to fulfil your potential after cancer 

Who is this for? This is for anyone who has finished cancer treatment, is looking to increase their mental wellbeing and meet others who have also experienced cancer 

Subjects include : Understanding your journey, Confidence Building and Resilience, Creating a self-care plan, Stress management, return to work, losing the fear of recurrence, relationships
