The Number 1 Thing That Cancer Survivors Are Getting Wrong

We all want to thrive when treatment ends don’t we?

But what is the best thing to do? Change your diet? Take supplements? Avoid certain foods? Eliminate sugar, dairy, meat?  Abstain from alcohol? Lose weight?

Well some of those things may or not be appropriate for you.

But they are not THE BIGGEST THING you need to do.

If you are a cancer survivor, you know that cancer= FEAR

So to really thrive the most important thing we need to do is to let go of the fear.

Working on your mindset, is the MOST important thing you can do for your recovery my love.

You see, cancer is all about fear. That’s all it is. Everywhere you look. Cancer equals fear.

But we weren’t meant to live in a state of fear. This space is not where you thrive.

As a cancer survivor you are no different.

In order to completely recover and to stay in remission you need to step outside of this fear. You can’t let it take over your mind.

With fear around recurrence, or anxiety, or the “why me? “many cancer survivors get sucked into a never ending cycle of fear.

Here’s how you break free -

It’s all mindset.

The physical recovery of cancer is so important but the mindset recovery is just as important.

It must be built into every single cancer survivors recovery plan. If it’s not… Your hopes of fully and completely recovering, and living your best life are pretty slim.
